An exceptional environment... in the heart of nature
The Domaine du Moulin de Canterrane is a tiny hamlet made up of three buildings: the Moulin, the Atelier and the Bergerie (the owners' house), between which flows the Canterrane, a small river that lulls visitors to sleep. A haven of peace, served only by a private road over a kilometer long, the site is isolated in the middle of nature.
There are no neighbors or roads to disturb the peace and quiet. The fruit of three generations of work, the Moulin, Atelier and Bergerie are now fully renovated and open to holidaymakers who want to stay in a unique, peaceful place, close to nature and respectful of Catalan rural architecture.
The materials used (wood, wrought iron, stone...) contribute greatly to the authenticity of the place, which surprises all visitors on their first visit. Set amidst vineyards and garrigue, the owners live on site year-round, and offer two charming accommodations:

On site you will also find :
- A 14 m long swimming pool, perfectly safe for children, with a large terrace and a breathtaking view of the Canigou massif and Mont Hélène from the comfort of deckchairs.
- An immense wooded park, surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature
- A boulodrome
- Hiking and mountain bike trails
Ideally located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, the Domaine du Moulin de Canterrane offers a central location for enjoying all the attractions of our beautiful department. Halfway between the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees and Spain, the whole of Catalonia's heritage is just a forty-minute drive away. Whether you want to visit Collioure, Castelnou, the Byrrh cellars, Vauban fortresses, Cathar castles, Romanesque cloisters and abbeys... or try your hand at all kinds of outdoor activities... you'll easily find something to make your vacation rich and attractive.
